Peak rates apply August 1 through 14, 2010 with a 4 night minimum on 3 BR and larger properties and a 3 night minimum on 1 BR and 2 BR properties.

August 15, 2010 through September 2, 2010 the following rates apply:
Five night Sunday through Thursday Special Rate of 35% off the regular rate. That adds up to a lot of gas and extra entertainment.
Stay 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and receive the last night free!
Stay 7 nights during this month and receive the last 2 nights free!
