Peak Rates apply December 20 through January 2, 2010. There is a 4 night minimum on all properties 3 Bedrooms or larger and a 3 night minimum on smaller properties.
The following discounts are for December 1 through December 19, 2009 at Regular Rates:
Stay 2 nights and receive 25% off
Stay 3 nights for the price of 2 nights
Stay 4 nights and receive 1 night free
Stay 5 or more nights and receive 50% off the nightly rate
The following discounts are for December 20, 2009 through January 2, 2010
Stay 5 or 6 nights and the last night is free.
Stay 7 nights and the two nights are free.
Sorry, we are closed to arrivals and departures on Christmas Day (December 25, 2009)! Our office will be closed in observance of this Holiday.
These discounts apply to any property, except where noted in individual property descriptions.
