Specials/nightly minimum requirements do not apply to previously booked or changed reservations. All previously booked reservations cannot be cancelled and then rescheduled just to get a discount. The minimum penalty to make a change on a 1 or 2 bedroom is $150.00, and on 3 bedrooms or larger the penalty is $350.00. Special offers Exclude holiday periods, special events, combining with other discounts and specials, unless otherwise noted. On all reservations, cleaning fees and taxes are still applicable.These discounts apply to any property except where noted in individual property descriptions.
